Roger R. Bell & Company, Inc. is an independent financial planning and investment advisory firm with professional services provided to clients on an hourly-, project-, retainer-, or flat fee basis. Fees are pre-agreed upon prior to any planning or investment activity.
Roger is the founder of Roger R. Bell & Company, Inc. His 37 years of experience in the corporate banking, investment, and insurance industries assist him with his primary responsibilities today which include relationship management, investment and portfolio management, financial and estate planning, and trust administration.
Roger provides a wide scope of services that address numerous financial challenges which affect the overall wellbeing of individuals, families, professionals, and small business owners. His guidance is reflective of his experience in corporate banking, investments (excluding certain commodities and hedge funds), and a wide range of insurance matters. Roger serves a wide range of clients and enjoys seeing firsthand the satisfaction and peace of mind that clients gain when resolving their financial challenges.
Roger resides in Pulaski County with his wife Jane and their Labrador Retriever, Brandy Anne. In his free time, Roger enjoys water sports, fitness training, perusing financial and history books, home renovation, and spending time with his family, close friends, members of the First United Methodist Church, and is involved in various community organizations. He enjoys his hobby of amateur radio and contributes to the well-being of his community and state through his volunteer efforts in developing and providing emergency communications through the Amateur Radio Emergency Services.
Jane M. Bell

With 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jane believes that everyone can benefit from financial advice and investment planning. She thinks that working with a seasoned and well-grounded financial planner is not only imperative, but also essential. Jane feels that it is always the wisest course of action to obtain experienced and objective guidance from a fee-based planner who exercises fiduciary responsibility to the client by placing the client’s interests above that of his/her own.
Jane’s responsibilities include client relationship management, account maintenance, new business processing, office systems upkeep and marketing implementation. She strives to give special attention to every client by letting him or her know that they are valued and that their individual needs are important.
Jane graduated cum laude from Radford University with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1981. In addition to being an active member of the First United Methodist Church, Jane also serves as a Board Member/Volunteer at the Pulaski County Humane Society, Dublin, Virginia.
